Our Peek-A-Boo Pillows® are hand crafted from the finest quality fabrics available. Most of our pillows are custom quilted in order to enhance the appearance and softness. Since each of our pillows are hand filled with 100% polyester fiber fill each pillow has its own degree of softness. The cute cuddly stuffed animal is included in the pillow price. Since we want to provide variety in our pillow selection, the colors and patterns of the trim may be slightly different from what is pictured on our web site. While the theme and main colors of the pillow will remain constant, variations in trim and patterns provide a uniqueness to every pillow we sell. We are constantly adding new fabric to our line so that we can offer a variety of colors and styles.
All orders are subject to the availability of the fabric and stuffed animals. Occasionally a design will be discontinued because the fabric is no longer available to us. Also, for many of our designs, we produce only a limited supply. Once the supply is sold out, the design is discontinued. Rest assured that when one line is discontinued another, creative unique design will soon arrive. In addition, the brand of stuffed animal may vary depending on availability. In the event that you would like to order a design that has recently been discontinued we will contact you and arrange for an equally unique substitute.

We frequently get special requests for pillows with new themes. Please feel free to email us with any special requests you may have.
Quality Control
Our pillows are made for children and adults alike therefore we employ the strictest quality control and creative minds to approve of all new styles introduced. We have a phenomenal team of design engineers (grandchildren); Joseph 12, Jacob 12, Alex, 10, Brian, 8, and Julia 6 and Vianca, 18 months, who have the final say on any new pillow introduced. If they do not approve of the new design, in anyway, we start over until we have a "winner". After all, Peek-a-Boo Pillows® are made for children, and they should be approved by children. In addition to the tough scrutiny of our "design engineers” we also carefully inspect our pillows through various stages of the assembly. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
Guarantee
Purple Cow Creations, LLC will issue a full refund as long as the product has not been washed or damaged and is returned within fifteen days of receipt. We're sorry, but pillows returned after fifteen days will not be credited.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out". Right now we only accept Paypal, but you can use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through the Paypal check out procedure.
Shipping in the USA
For one or two items ordered we usually can ship by USPS within one week. If for some reason this is not possible we will notify you through the email address that you used when your order was placed. For large orders please allow two to three weeks for delivery.
International Shipping
If you intend to have an order shipped to outside the United States then additional shipping will be required. DO NOT PROCEED TO PLACE AN ORDER. Instead, please send us an email with the shipping address, name and item number of pillow/pillows you wish to buy and we will estimate the additional shipping cost at that time.
